Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Shipping Fee: $12.95

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Our standard shipping service is handled by trusted international carriers such as DHL and FedEx, providing reliable delivery and end-to-end tracking.

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Shipping Fee: Free on orders over $50

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12–24 business days

Orders below $50 may incur applicable EMS shipping charges displayed at checkout. EMS offers an economical delivery option with tracking available for most destinations.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers worldwide, with the exception of:

  • Countries and regions within Asia

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

  • Locations where international shipping services are unavailable

If we are unable to ship to your destination after an order is placed, our customer support team will contact you promptly.


Protective Packaging

Sunglasses require careful handling during transit to prevent scratches, frame deformation, and lens damage. Every order is packed using protective packaging materials designed to help keep your eyewear secure throughout the shipping process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress throughout transit.

Delivery & Signature

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend documenting the condition and contacting the carrier immediately.

For certain destinations or high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government-imposed fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
